Back by popular demand. Join forager Trudy Turrell to gather wild berries and nuts from our field and hedgerows and create some wild preserves for the festive season. We will make sloe gin, hawthorn ketchup and delicious hazelnut truffles, which we will make up into mini-hampers ready to gift or keep. A delightful and fun workshop for all skill levels.
