A midwinter celebration of traditional music and song. Ancient melodies and uplifting lyrics to warm us through the long nights, performed in the atmospheric setting of Littlehempston’s 15th Century village church. Festive treats, mulled apple juice, tea and coffee will be available during the break.
Whinwhistle Hill
Combining strong vocals and resonant instrumentation this dynamic trio will take you on a winding journey across oceans, along rivers and over snowy peaks, including some wintery repertoire put together especially for this concert. Featuring: Louis Bingham (cittern, guitar & voice), Phil Hogg (piano & voice) and Griselda Sanderson (nyckelharpa, hardanger & fiddle).
