The Space will be laid out cafe-style for this delightful evening with poets Chris Waters (Littlehempston), Chris Fogg (Portland) and saxophonist/composer Rob Yockney (Seaton). Here you can enjoy live music, lively stories and memories, inspired by iconic trees, family trees, the River Dart, the Jurassic Coast, and travels from India to the Americas, from the Baltic to the Mediterranean.
Chris Waters says, ‘We three are delighted to be bringing our programme – stirring, brain-whirring, engaging, atmospheric, evocative, playful and chock full of delights – to Littlehempston on our West Country village-hall tour. We look forward to welcoming old friends and new faces to lend us your ears’.
Tickets are £10 on the door and there are refreshments and nibbles. This is a cash only event, but if you’d like to buy tickets online in advance, contact Ali Taylor for details. All proceeds will support Médecins Sans Frontières and the Space. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.
