Does the sight of daffodils bobbing in the spring breeze fill your heart with joy? If so, come and join us in Littlehempston on Saturday Oct 25th anytime from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.. We’ll give you a bag of bulbs and you can plant them in the churchyard and early next year you will know that you have made this place more beautiful. (If the weather is absolutely awful on that day, we will postpone it until Saturday Nov 1st.)
We are hoping this will be a family event- but children of any age from 9 months to 99 years are welcome. Stay for a few minutes or stay longer if you can to enjoy hot chocolate and cake. There will be no charge for the bulbs, but we’d appreciate a contribution for your refreshments please.
Suitable tools and garden kneelers will be available or bring your own if you
have a favourite bit of kit in the shed.
