The Community Space was rocked to the rafters at the end of November by some high energy Ceilidh dancing to the merry music of Stargazy Pie. As well as stylish moves, there was much giggling and occasional confusion, despite the best efforts of caller, Hugh Edwards. A last minute surge meant that around 50 people piled in and many commented that it was great to have an event that catered for all ages. A group of passing young Totnesians (pictured here) had a whale of a time and declared it the best night ever. Thanks to all who helped make the night such a success, especially the soup makers, Val, Mary and Tracy, and Mike who braved the rain to buy more beer from Morrison’s. A most welcome £450 was raised into the bargain. And a huge thank you to Stargazy Pie and Hugh!
