The first of the quarterly Littlehempston Lottery draws took place at the Tally Ho at the end of March – thank you to Tally regular, Alan, who drew out the winning balls. First prize of £103 went to Ali Taylor (lottery organiser), who splashed out on a back massage. This was not a fix, honest! Littlehempston Community Space received a very welcome donation of £129 from the lottery draw, which will help pay the massive fuel bill for the heating! Thanks to all who’ve bought tickets to date and if you’d like to join in the draws for the rest of the year, just get in touch.
Second prize of £26 was kindly donated to the Space fund and will help pay for the paint used in doing up the church toilets recently. Many thanks to all who gave up their Saturday morning to paint the accessible loo. And if you’d like to join in the fun painting the small loo, please get in touch!
