Do you fancy whiling away some long summer evenings playing rounders on the community land? A small but growing group of locals do. And you never know – if we have enough people, we may one day challenge another village! First things first though – if anybody has any spare equipment eg balls, bats and bases, or wants more information, please get in touch. Littlehempston Lottery is funding equipment to get us going.
A first swing of the bat will take place on Wednesday 1st May at 7pm. All are very welcome, so whatever your age and ability (children and Zimmer frames welcome) just turn up and give it a go. The pitch is rough, so no high heels, please!
